Complete Bra Failure
I'm running along the trail minding my own business. I was actually JUST thinking, hey, i really like this bra. This one is pretty good. Then...it's like I'm not wearing a bra. This one has a zipper in the front and all of a sudden it was totally unzipped. I stopped running (yes, I automatically stopped my watch) and stand there...um, what the hell is going on?? I look around. No one else is on the trail. So I rezip as quickly as possible and continue on, periodically rezipping the slipping zipper so that I never quite hit complete bra failure again. UNBELIEVABLE. All I have to say is good thing this wasn't one of my shirtless runs. I am completely traumatized. Has this happened to anyone else? None of my other bras have zippers so it NEVER occurred to me this could ever REMOTELY be a problem.
Problem two with the bra. It's pink. I kind of dig it. But it was 2 PM yesterday and I was trying on clothes for Girls Night (it was either that or write a paper). I had all of the windows open b/c it's sunny and gorgeous here. So I have on my pink sports bra and an off the shoulder black shirt. I look out the window and there is a cute guy walking into my building parking lot with a guitar (and guitars are hot) and we make eye contact and he continues walking. Then I turn and look in my mirror and with the pink bra straps completely showing under the off the shoulder shirt it looks like I just stepped out of 80s. This bra has not been good to me in the past 2 days.
Gorgeous weather here. My brother is meeting me at wine and chocolate later. He's in town for the weekend. Should be fun times.
I had one sports bra with a zipper. I think it was one of those that was a size smaller than normal. I hated it. I don't remember the zipper coming undone, but it would flip up and cut my chest open. It got worn once and given away. I think a fourth grader ended up with it.

I hate zipper bras. Yah, they're cute...but they just don't get the job done like you need 'em to.
I wouldn't use it for running....perhaps some cross training would be better suited with the zip.

Oh no!!
No, I've never had a zipper one. That just doesn't really make a lot of sense to me!

I've never had a zipper bra, but I have had MANY jeans that WOULD not, COULD not stay zipped. (And that's not a cute way of saying guys were always trying to get into my pants - I mean I'd just ALWAYS be zipping up, zipping up, zipping up, and the zipper would not STAY up. I have NEVER heard of a MAN'S jeans "refusing" to stay zipped. I think it's a design problem. Stylish "girl zippers" just don't WORK. A MAN wouldn't put up with that $h*T).
